My son and I bake for a local Church Charity, Laurence's Kitchen for the homeless and those in need, providing 60 covers a week of seasonal cakes and pastries. I provide a feast for the eyes and the belly using donated food and producing high quality fine dining to all. The Kitchen is open to all twice a week run by volunteers. Bakes are prepared off and on site with goody bags to go, ensuing that there is a meal to hand when you are here and when you leave. I use the same principles I have grown up with, minimal waste, sustainability, and all food put to good use which must be tasty, inventive and beautiful.
