We are involved in Community Projects working with Queens Park , Art Projects and Food projects and promoting green spaces in Kilburn/Brent. Elainea was a Judge for Queens Park Day 2024 for Kids Art up to Year 2 and Year 3 to 6 alongside judging the Chilli Jam Competition taken very seriously by contestants young and older. Elainea Emmott Photography mentorship prizes were given to support young artists. Elainea has also worked with Laurence's Larder providing cakes and pastries to the homeless along with Queens Park Open Gardens showing her photography at St. Anne & Andrews Church as well as her Front Yard Kitchen Garden inspiring others to reclaim spaces creating green spaces, giving out plants and seeds to neighbours and passers by from Kilburn to Queens Park.
I make... I draw... I create...I write... I photograph.. I sew... I garden... I cook
I've been living in Brent for over 20 years and moved from Yorkshire as an international Fashion Designer to enable my son with his Neurodiversity attending Salusbury School. Art has always been important as I had to leave my artistic world to work as an office worker upon divorce. This meant that I was passionate about ensuring my son could immerse himself in art and he is now a Writer, Actor and Pastry Chef. We all need Art in our daily lives and being able to access it and be seen and supported is important to me when this was not available to myself in the corporate world. However it always crept in, through sketching, photography, cooking and gardening and writing so I really want to enable others to access it easily as I understand the hurdles one faces financially and mentally running a creative business.
