Seasonal Food Photography
At the Farmers Markets I buy unusual seasonal
veg that catch my eye to photography as well as to cook. Over November I have been experimenting with Quince which is a medieval vegetable with a distinctive taste and Comice Pears which are sweet and buttery to taste and cook.
I love the flavour and pale green orbs of Kohl Rabi picked up from the Sunday Market along with an education about Castel Franco Raddichio from a Grower. Its beautiful fragile leaves inspired me.to make dishes which are coming very soon. .......... go to recipe pages for a sneak peek
