DELIVERY, REFUNDS AND RETURNS


SHIPPING

 

Ceramics will be made after the order is placed. The process differs depending on the order and the weight and materials of the clay. As a result, delivery of the orders may take 2 weeks. We will keep you updated as to the making and firing of your ceramic pieces.

Should you require something for a specific date you are welcome to contact us directly at info@elaineaemmottphotography.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that expedited delivery might involve additional charges. These fees can be discussed on a case-by-case basis, although this option may not always be available.


Please note it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO Box.


We only ship to United Kingdom. See the INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY section below for deliveries outside of the UK.   

             
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Please email us at info@elaineaemmottphotography.com and we will be happy to help.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY


We offer worldwide shipping; however, the shipping rates for international destinations vary. For accurate delivery charges to your area, please contact us directly at info@elaineaemmottphotography.com. The correct international shipping fees must be settled before dispatch. Please note that customers are responsible for any incurred import charges or duties and must comply with local regulations.


Kindly note that insurance for loss or damage is not included in the delivery charge. However, for higher-value items, separate insurance can be purchased if required. This can be discussed when arranging the overseas shipping charges.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS


We strive for your satisfaction with your purchase, but if you change your mind, here's how our return and refund process works.


Please inform us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item. Contact us at info@elaineaemmottphotography.com and include your contact details, order information, and the reason for the return.


To qualify for a full refund, notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 working days from the date you received the products. You then have an additional 14 days to physically return the item. It should be in good condition and ideally in its original packaging.


Please note that we don't cover the cost of returns. Additionally, ceramics shipped within the UK are not insured against damage during transit. Hence, it's crucial to pack the items securely for the return, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred in transit. If returning items from outside the UK, local insurance might be available; however, it's essential to verify this locally.


Unfortunately, we are unable to process a replacement of a product as all of them are unique and have been designed as one-off.
When we receive the product, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. We will refund the value of the purchased product, but not the original shipping fee. We cannot refund duties or taxes.


An email confirmation of the refund will be sent to you once the refund has been initiated. Please note funds can take up to five business days to show in your account once transferred. If the refund has still not been received after this period, please contact your bank to ask if they can see any pending transactions. If they cannot, then please contact us at info@elaineaemmottphotography.com
To return your product(s), please post them via a secure, tracked method to an address we will provide.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION


We have made every effort to accurately photograph the finishes and colours of artworks. However, slight differences can sometimes occur between the photographic representation and the actual artwork. Please keep in mind that everything is handmade and glazes or colours may vary.
