Supper  Club

Autumn brings a seasonal melancholic air to the menu with references of summer with the light of the approaching comfort of winter. This taster plate menu, 3 - 5 courses inspired by African and Caribbean ingredients is innovative with adventurous pairings of contemporary food and wine that is both flavoursome and original inspired by heritage.

Salt cod tartlets with seasonal salad and capers

British prawns with African smoked sauce (as seen on Crazy Delicious/Netlix) 

Sweet roasted chilli jam with heirloom tomatoes, pumpkin and roasted miso plantains (V)

Slow simmered Oxtail stew with bitter leaves

Braised mushrooms with sake sauce and salmon roe

Meringues with mango sorbet, creme patissiere and almond meringue crumb (V)
